I'm your host, Dr Anita Rakhit, a GP with over 20 years of experience and a mother to an autistic teenager diagnosed over a decade ago. I’ll be sharing insights from both my professional and personal experiences, along with trusted guest experts in relevant fields. Together, we'll work to find solutions and help you navigate the journey ahead.

Through her podcast, she shares insights and practical advice on various topics, including navigating the diagnosis process, managing career and work-life balance as a carer, and dealing with the reactions of family and friends to an autism diagnosis.
Her goal is to ensure that no one feels lost or unsupported in their journey with autism.
