Through her podcast, she shares insights and practical advice on various topics, including navigating the diagnosis process, managing career and work-life balance as a carer, and dealing with the reactions of family and friends to an autism diagnosis.
Her goal is to ensure that no one feels lost or unsupported in their journey with autism.
